Accomodation
Attendees will stay in comfortable with some being males, females and
mixed. The exec team will try and accomaodate to everyones needs. A
list of executive contacts throughout the camp will be included in this
information pack. Do not hesitate to ring or text us so we can provide
assistance at any stage if needed.
Meals
The camp has a qualified catering team who are in charge of preparing
nutritious and delicious meals 3 times a day. If anyone has special
dietary requirements or food allergies, it’s crucial it was addressed.
Special diets will be provided according to the forms.
Safety
Participation in various outdoor activities requires everyone to follow
safety instructions, and failure to follow instructions may result in non
participation. It is recommended:
To bring sun protection equipment such as sunscreen, hats and
sunglasses
Wear covered shoes when participating in outdoor activities
Drink responsibly

BUS
Meeting time to catch the bus from
UTS will be at 2:30pm to prepare us to
leave at 3pm sharp. We will be meeting
on Jones Street near Building 10. If you
are not able to make it to the bus by
3pm please let us know.

THEME NIGHT
On Friday, we will be holding a fun party!

concluded, if you test positive in the following week, please ensure you
also send us email to help us with preventing the spread of Covid-19.
