Accomodation
Attendees will stay in comfortable with some being males, females and
mixed. The exec team will try and accomaodate to everyones needs. A
list of executive contacts throughout the camp will be included in this
information pack. Do not hesitate to ring or text us so we can provide
assistance at any stage if needed.

Meals
The camp has a qualified catering team who are in charge of preparing
nutritious and delicious meals 3 times a day. If anyone has special
dietary requirements or food allergies, it’s crucial it was addressed.
Special diets will be provided according to the forms.

To promote a safe allergy free environment, being a nut-free event is


recommended. We request attendees to not bring nuts and any
products containing nuts to camp.

**Whilst it is not recommended you bring Alcohol,


please ensure you take responsibility when storing
and consuming, ensuring you dispose of any rubbish
correctly.**

Safety
Participation in various outdoor activities requires everyone to follow
safety instructions, and failure to follow instructions may result in non
participation. It is recommended:
To bring sun protection equipment such as sunscreen, hats and
sunglasses
Wear covered shoes when participating in outdoor activities
Drink responsibly

2:30 PM Meet at UTS for Check In

3PM Bus leaves UTS

4:30pm Unpack and settle into bunk rooms

5pm Amazing Race

6pm Dinner

7:30pm Mystery Activity 👀

9:30pm til late Back to Black Party


Saturday 6 May

7:30 - 8:30 Am Breakfast

8:45 - 10:45 am Camp Activity 1

Cataract Activity Centre:

BUS
Meeting time to catch the bus from
UTS will be at 2:30pm to prepare us to
leave at 3pm sharp. We will be meeting
on Jones Street near Building 10. If you
are not able to make it to the bus by
3pm please let us know.

Other valuables (the camp management and EngSoc
take no responsibility for the loss or damage to a
client's personal property, including money or other
valuable items).

Note: Illicit substances including drugs, cigarettes and other dangerous


items such as lighters and pocket knives are not allowed at camp and any
person found using or in possession of these items may be removed from
the Centre. Those found in possession of illicit drugs will be reported to the
police immediately.

WHO TO CONTACT
Who to contact during camp
Over the weekend we will be participating in many activities on various
parts of the property. If at all you need assistance please contact the
camp staff or one of the Engsoc executives. There will also be 2
Activate staff on camp with us, if you have any sensitive questions or
wellbeing issues they will be able to assist.

also send us email to help us with preventing the spread of Covid-19.
