students on our website, social media, flyers, and tarpaulins.

We would like to inform you that on April 14, 2023, Friday, we will be conducting a photo and video
shoot to feature our students in their school uniforms. We will be doing this during non-school hours,
and we would like to request your permission to allow your child to participate in this activity.

We assure you that these photographs and videos will be used exclusively for promotional purposes and
will not be sold or used for any other commercial purposes. We will ensure that your child's privacy is
respected at all times, and their name and other personal information will not be disclosed in any of the
promotional materials.

If you grant permission for your child to participate and wear their school uniform during the shoot,
