PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED: Rotor bearing issue , Dusting issue, proper oil and grease issue , gradiation
mesh sieve accuracy ,maintenance schedual issue, Dust proof assemblly issue.

WORK DONE AT SITE: -> To Get accurate output aggrigate sieve,we change in design and welding
and with bolting liner. ->In bearing issue there is so much dusting from inlet side conveyor to solve it
we make dustproof arrangment. ->in rotor housing we providing dustproof grease arrangement. ->
we found that there is no greasing in exhaust housing and rotor housing. ->plant is filled with dust
please make daily air cleaning arrangment. -> In panel please provide AC unit to cooldown 100hp
drive and other electric instruments.

We check exhaust fan ,impellor ,ductline ,rotor,round shell with riser blade.we are glade to see that
there is no friction with any job part.

Checking points:-
Please greasing in rotor and blower housing every 4 days.
Check gear box oil level every 6 days.
Please clean rotor and its blade at every 6 day.

Some modifications are done in design level so please provide sieve data of 5 to 6 day.
Check rotor assemblly bolt ,checknut and other regular inspection.
To complete dust proof make sure every joint must be sealed with silicone gel or other gasket.
In each every place in running ,check all top to bottom part.if any unusual voice found then make a
video and inform us.
Every 15 day topup oil in gear.
In screw Conveyor water pressure sprey req. and also check of screw nut bolt and assemblly.
