what she writes and answer the questions in complete sentences.

Learning with my brother

My brother, Oliver, is not good at Chinese or English. It takes Oliver a long time
to read words. Dad says he has ‘dyslexia’. He needs help with reading.

I always read the words in Oliver’s books to Oliver. I am in Primary 3. Oliver is

in Primary 4. I do not know some of the words in his homework. I need to look
up the words in a dictionary. We learn new words together.

Oliver likes learning about the world. He likes surfing the Internet. I read aloud
the words on web pages to help him find great videos. We watch the videos
together. Sometimes, Oliver borrows books about the world from the library. We
read the books together. I read aloud the words in the books and Oliver tells me
what they mean. We learn new things together.

It is not easy to help my brother. I help a lot and I learn a lot. Now, I am good at
Chinese, English and General Studies. Thank you, Oliver.

E. Suzy is reading about rhinos. Read the passage. For questions 1
and 6, answer the questions in complete sentences. For questions 2 to 5, blacken
the correct circles.

I am a rhino. I weigh about 2,000 kilograms. I am big but kind. I do

not hurt other animals or eat meat. I like eating grass.

I have some good friends. They are small birds called oxpeckers.
Good friends always help one another. How do oxpeckers and I help
one another?

There are lots of ticks on my skin. Ticks are tiny insects which live
on the blood of animals or humans. They are oxpeckers’ favourite
food. Oxpeckers stay on my back all the time and get the food they
need.

There are a lot of dangerous animals in the wild, like lions, crocodiles
and African wild dogs. They want to eat me. My eyes are not good, so
I cannot see the animals coming near me. Luckily, my friends,
oxpeckers, can. They make noise to warn me of the dangers.

I live in forests. I am worried because many people come to kill my

family members for our horns. Many of my family members die.
Please stop killing us. Otherwise, there’ll be no rhinos in the future.
