We have been informed that Afra Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter called “the Tenderer”) intends to
submit to you its Tender (hereinafter called “the Tender”) for the execution of the Works of
Construction of 42.0m Long RCC Continuous Girder Bridge on Mirkadim GC -Rekabi Bazar GC
Road at Ch.2788m under Upazila: Sadar, District: Munshiganj.(Road ID No.359562006)
(Salvage Material Cost BDT: 418352.00) Greater Dhaka Rural Infrastructure Improvement
Project-3,GDP-3/MU-103.under the above Invitation for Tenders (hereinafter called “the IFT”).

Furthermore, we understand that, according to your conditions, the Tenderer’s Financ ial
Capacity i.e.Liquid Asset must be substantiated by a Letter of Commitment of Bank’s
Undertaking for Line of Credit.

At the request of, and arrangement with, the Tenderer, we Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited,
Joydebpur Branch,Gazipur. do hereby agree and undertake that Afra Corporation Ltd. Having
Address at Holding No.501/1, Panjora, Kaligonj, Gazipur, Bangladesh will be provided by us
with a revolving line of credit, in case awarded the Contract, for execution of the Works viz
Construction of 42.0m Long RCC Continuous Girder Bridge on Mirkadim GC-Rekabi Bazar GC
Road at Ch.2788m under Upazila: Sadar, District: Munshiganj.(Road ID No.359562006)
(Salvage Material Cost BDT: 418352.00) Greater Dhaka Rural Infrastructure Improvement
Project-3,GDP-3/MU-103 for an amount not less than BDT Tk.1,10,50,000.00 (Taka One Core Ten
Lac Fifty Thousand) for the sole purpose of the execution of the above Contract. This Revolving
Line of Credit will be maintained by us until issuance of “Taking-Over Certificate” by the
Procuring Entity.

In witness whereof, authorized representative of the Bank has hereunto signed and sealed this
Letter of Commitment.
