information system integrated to employee portal; setting up of a IVRS based toll free number for employees to refer
candidates 24x7
 Strategic Staffing Projects like Sourcing on Pipeline Positions, Succession Planning, Compete & Diversity mapping and
Campus Hiring.
3. Recruitment Budgets & CPH
 Program managed the entire CPH project with a focus on reducing costs & introducing cost effective channels in end to
end recruiting cycle.
 Maintained a maximum of 20% closure through vendors, rest through Alternate Sourcing Channels at Aegis.
 Brought down Recruitment Cost per Hire to ~66% as against previous year at Microsoft.
