Ref: Permission Letter To Conduct Event

Dear Madam
As the school’s Entertainment Club we are seeking for permission to conduct a talent show which we
are going to call Redcross’ Got Talent. This event is to promote students who are good at dancing,
imitation and even singing and many more. Those who are going to compete and win the events are
to be given their prices and to be called upfront at the next assembly gathering. We are proposing to
hold this event on the 17th of March since it’s going to be on a Friday. The event will be scheduled to
start at 8am and will end at 2pm.

We are hoping for your favourable and quick response so that we can inform our fellow learners on
time.
