    Para wise remarks of deficiencies quated by PCSO office in SWR of Varahi & Piplee are as

    under-

    SWR of Radhanpur as under preparation.

    1. LC gate No.-102 non-interlocked Eng. Gate closed to road Traffic is connected with
    Piplee Station. It was wrongly mentioned in letter of RVNL‟s as it is under working
    of Piplee station, is not with Radhanpur.
    2. Non-interlocked working during panel blank off is mention of page No.22 in main
    SWR and page No 73 in Appendix “B”.
    3. LC gate NO. 116 is shown in insert diagram in SWR „D‟ in Varahi station.
    4. LC gate No. 114 is already physically closed in the site and as well as it is not
    mention in SIP & SWR diagram.
    5. In all the SWR‟S of division abnormal working of interlocked LC gate is mention in
    Appendix “B” S&T (Signaling portion) as well as in Appendix “A”.
