Photoshop Workflow

Step 1: Bring in Drawing Step 4: Apply Pattern to Floor

Step 6: Add Main Shadows Step 6 Final Touches

With the duplicated group, right-click then


select Merge Group.

With this now flattened layer of the rendered


drawing, use the dodge and burn tool to add
highlights and lowlights.

The dodge tool is used to lighten areas of the


layer. Add to areas where lighting would
appear.

The burn tool is used to darken areas of the


layer. Add to areas where shadows would
appear.
