Project Title: REPAINTING OF SCHOOL BUILDING AND FACILITIES

Principal-I

Rationale: In the preparation of opening classes in School Year 2023-2024, an

annual school maintenance program - Brigada Eskwela has been
implemented from August to September 2023 which aimed a reinforced
collaboration and magnified engagement of the school community and
stakeholders to contribute their time, effort, expertise, and resources for the
benefit of the learners and the school community. The school identified
priority areas for repair and maintenance. To protect and prolong the life of
school building facilities, an annual repainting is essential.

Background: Brigada Eskwela also known as National School Maintenance

Week , adheres to the policies under Republic Act No 9155 or the K to 12
Basic Education Act which provides roles, functions, and structure of Philippine
Education System. It also states the programs, and activities to achieve the
Department’s VMGOs’. The collaborative effort of Local School Board and
efficient utilization of mandated School Education Fund Budget, Tinagaan
Integrated School aims to accomplish key priority areas for improvement.
Repainting of School Building and Facilities of Tinagaan Integrated
School is necessary to protect against the elements and prolong against
constant wear-and-tear.
Objectives:
1. To repaint faded school building facade and wall.
2. To repaint school facilities and structure that shows signs of wear and
tear.
3. To reinforce School roofing via painting of roofguard paint.

Comfort Room facility particularly in kindergarten level which is essential for
health and hygiene of the learners.

Education System. It also states the programs, and activities to achieve the

Elementary School aims to accomplish key priority areas for improvement.
Construction of Kindergarten Comfort Room and Hand washing facility
is necessary. Lacking such indispensable basic classroom facilities posed a
challenge in the health and well-being of the kindergarten pupils.
Objectives:
1. To construct Kindergarten Classroom Comfort Room
2. To integrate hand washing facilities in the construction of CR.
3. To apply finishing and detailing works in the construction.
