outline on how do we proceed
towards the success of each of
our own goals. It will also help us
to understand if we are on the

Reflective Journal

Through the discussion, I was able to to comprehend on the importance of the CTU’s VMGO in terms of
how it outlined CTU as a whole. The VMGO acts as a guide on how should the university should perform and
deliver the outcome that was stated on the VMGO. With the help of the stated vision, mission, goals and
objectives, CTU has now have a clear path or guide towards it’s own effectiveness as an institution. This will
also serves the institution’s overall goal and will help them define how successful the organisation in terms of
delivering the quality of graduates with a specialization offered in the university.
Furthermore, in my understanding, the VMGO explain how CTU is developing the institution. It has also
helped the audience to understand more about the organization’s overall goal and what it wants to achieve.
These statements also fully educates the audience on what are the CTUs intention and also helped us to be
motivated and inspire the said VMGO.

Personal Philosophy
I believe that quality education should be develop in an institution freely for the underprivileged aspirants.

To be one of the quality educators who graduated in the institutions program through the course offerings
with the help of the organization.
