Dato’ Dr. S. Arumugam is a Doctorate of Philosophy in


Facility Management and Biomedical Engineering.

He also has a Masters of Engineering in Building Services


Engineering, Bachelor (Hons) of Engineering in Building
Services Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering and Registered Property Manager with Board of
Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers
Malaysia.

He has been holding numerous posts during his tenure in the


Government and Private Hospitals as well as in Hotels for the
past 43 years as seen below:

-Head of Estate Registered Management and Projects
-Engineering Director of Hotels
-Advisor for the Safety Committee and Health Committee
-Advisor for Environmental Committee

As a consulting Engineer, he has a good knowledge in


projects and Business Design from initial brief to budgeting to
tendering through to construction commissioning and final
project evaluation.
