service project (CSP)on the project named “Green Thumbs”.this
survey is started with an idea discussed by my team members
and we discussed with team that which village is eligible for
community service project to educate the people

Summery of activities done:

 At first we have taken permission from village secretary

 Started the survey by collecting data by the villagers
 We have observed the changes have been done by the
surroundings
 By observing the conditions surroundings we found the
problems have been faced by the villagers
 We have given the instructions to maintain instructions and
to motivate them me and my team distributed the plants

Learning Objectives:
By the help of community community service
project I have been observed the objective
1. We can learn how to maintain the environment echo-friendly
2. By educating the people the people maintain the village in a
better way and guide the future generation
3. In India mainly may people will not pay -attention on
maintaining environment
4. By conducting and encouraging community survey people
may pay attention
5. By the help of community survey project we can learn how
to maintain the surroundings hygienic
CHAPTER 2: OVERVIEW OF THE
COMMUNITY

Me and my team collected the historical data of

our surrounding villages based on the trends we
identified two villages have been decreasing the
echo friendly environment by cutting down the
trees and massive increase in aqua culture .Due to
raise in aqua culture the agricultural fields are
effected due to the aqua-water have been drained in
irrigation water flow it shows effects on fishes and
water living animals and many infections and
bacteria can effect the surroundings and
environment. So me and my team selected two
villages named “Taderu” and “Modi”. At first we
started with Taderu .About Taderu ,Taderu village
is located in Bhimavaram mandal of Web Godavari
district in Andhra Pradesh,India.total geographical
area village is 903 hectares and 3666 peoples
population men 66.91%, female
9.73% , nearly 35% of agriculture,nearly 40% aqua
field
Geographical Structure
Our next village is Modi which have 2326
hectares ,it have people population nearly 8000
males 62% and 56% female and mainly in this
village the mainly 45% of aqua culture and 20 to
25% agriculture to educate the people we have
selected this village to get the people to be
educated to maintain the village in an effective
manner I have collected the data from farmers and
villagers what they have observed compared to
past days by collecting data and we observed the
conditions and by observing we tried our best to
motivate the people to make environment in a
better manner
Chapter 3: community service part

I'm Oguri Mrunal Raj Pal, along with my team

members under the guidance of madam "B.Sridevi"
I have done my Community Service Project (CSP)
on the topic named "Green Thumbs". This survey
is started with an idea discussed by my team
members and the main idea of the survey is to
educate people about environment Awareness and
sensitivity to the environment and environmental
challenges.
At first we have chosen a village near by
Bhimavaram along with my team members I have
gone to that village and took permission from the
village secretary for doing the survey and along
with permission ,the village secretary gave us
guidelines and encouraged us to do the survey to
bring awareness to the villagers .We have
interacted with the villager's and their families and
collected their basic details and asked environment
changes and challenge's what they have noticed or
observed. While doing the survey I came to know
about the changes on environmental surroundings

*The elements of population growth.

*What would the world look like without bees.
*How do organisms adapt to their environment.
*What different relationships can organisms form
with their *surroundings.
*Discuss the research methods of bird behavioral
ecology.
*How do organisms survive under extreme
conditions.
*Why do some birds migrate.
*What impact does human waste have on marine
ecosystems.
Through this survey we have came to know tha
the problems they've facing and we have given
guidelines
to maintain eco-friendly environment and to
maintain eco-friendly environment
My experience:
It was a great experience meeting the
villagers and knowing their good and bad. They
were very generous and patient to clear our doubts
and gave useful information. They talk to us very
jovially and made fun f some problems and some
innocent question.I felt very good after meeting
with them
Conclusion:
I am looking forward to help the society in as
many way as possible .As we small changes make
huge difference.I will promote the idea of CSP
As general responsibility for all

WEEKLY REPORT
WEEK – 3 from Dt:- to Dt:-
Objective of the Activity Done:

Detailed Report:

We created awareness of why soil erosion occurs because of deforstation

And why soil fertility decreases day by day. We have told them to change
the crops year by year. As we use same type of crops every time the crops
uses same type of minerals from the soil, we suggested them to do soil
testing for every few years. Also told them to plant the trees which are
medically scientific plants so that our health will be improved
Challenges :

In villages many people have cattle in their homes if they grow plants in
their gardens the animals many times eat them. So they lost interest many
times to plant the trees. Also they believe that many insects will come into
their homes.
Achievements:

Successfully created little bit awareness among the people

We asked them to at least plant a tree on special day in their life
Given a idea to arrange some iron cages so no cattle eat them

We asked them to use organic methods on plants to stop insects

can be grown in the soli of the villages where we are surveying.
We evaluated the overall health and condition of the plantation that are
Grown on the soli of the villages. The was so fertile for planting the trees.
Those types of soils are mainly supported by the plants those requires
more amount of water
Challenges :

In villages many people have cattle in their homes buy they are
not
Interested in organic farming as many funguses and insecticides
increases
and the cost of organic farming was more than the farming done by
fertilizers, also the yield also very less compared to in-organic farming
Achievements:

We told them many people interested to buy organic yields for

higher cost
We asked them to try organic farming
Given an idea to tie up with some MNC’s for selling the products
We asked them to use organic methods on plants to stop insects
