on this topic.
Firstly, we have gathered 10 members as a team and chosen a village
near by our college. A long with my team we went to that village and took
the permission. In the village we have chosen some area in the village
and created awareness among some of the people in that area. We have
selected two villages named Taderu and modi.
The secretary has motivated us and he also came participated with us
in the project survey in the awareness program. People also shown
interest and we asked them at least plant trees whenever any special
occurred in our life like every birthday, Marriage days etc. The outcomes
of the project are the people are educated about how important trees in
our life was, they also contribute in this program and plant some trees.
The trees not only help for the environment and global warming but also
in future we will get fruits and flowers from them.
CHAPTER 2: OVERVIEW OF THE COMMUNITY

of the agriculture in their fat time and they said that their main source of
income was from agriculture and they have grown coconut trees and
paddy majorly. But later in search of earning more income they haven
taken ponds on their agriculture lands. So that the agricultural land was
decreased as going further but now they are getting loses because of
viruses are becoming increases day by day. Now they again trying to do
agriculture again and also we have suggested them to do organic
farming so that our environment will be safe and we will gain immune

the Community Service Project. This part could end by reflecting on
what kind of values, life skills, and technical skills the student
acquired.
I am P. Tharun Kumar, along with my team members under the guidance
of our mentor Mrs.B.Sridevi, we have done a community service project
on this topic.
Firstly, we have gathered 10 members as a team and chosen a village
near by our college. A long with my team we went to that village and
took the permission. In the village we have chosen some areas in the
village and created awareness among some of the people in that area.
We have selected two villages named Taderu and modi .

We have gathered some of the points before going to the survey they
are listed below and also explained the importance to the people:
• What kind of plants should be useful
• What will happen if we continuously cut the trees
• We have explained about the causes of cutting trees
• We have asked the conditions at present compared with their
childhood look like
• Why some birds are endangered now
• Why the global warming occurring
• Why food revolution comes
From the above questions we have collected the answers from the
people and gained knowledge from the answers. And taken necessary
steps required to develop the environment by planting the trees. And
have taken the pictures from them.

My experience:

It was a great experience meeting the villagers and knowing

their good and bad. They were very generous and patient to clear our
doubts and gave useful information. They talk to us very jovially and
made fun of some problems and some innocent question.I felt very
happy after meeting with them.

uses same type of minerals from the soil, we suggested them to do soil

testing for every few years. Also told them to plant the trees which are

medically scientific plants so that our health will be improved

Challenges :

In villages many people have cattle in their homes if they grow plants in

their gardens the animals many times eat them. So they lost interest many

times to plant the trees. Also they believe that many insects will come into
