EL ARRAYAN PROJECT 1
El Arrayan Property - Chile
Dissemination of oxidized copper
Dioritc Porphyry Cu-Au (Mo)
Location
The El Arrayan mining property
is located at the east border of
the Cordillera de la Costa range
of La Serena, IV Region of
Chile, 30 km to the Southeast of
La Serena (305,300E –
6,668,300N) and at an elevation
of 700 m. It is situated
approximately 350 kilometres
north of Santiago, near the
southern limit of the Atacama
Desert.
El Arrayan Project
The property can be accessed
from the city of La Serena,
traveling approx. 50 km (some
40 minutes) through the Route
41 route passing the Elqui Valley Andacollo Porphyry Cu,
and up to the neighbouring town Mine of - Teck
of La Villa, from where the
project area is easily accessed.

Resource Categorization
The categorization of resources is established with the distance of the variogram
scope of ore_type_mineral, 100 m, for this the DCER variable is used.
Measured Resources - code 1 = 50% of the scope of the variogram, 25 m
Indicated Resources - code 2 = 100% of the scope of the variogram, 50 m
Inferred Resources - code 3 => 50 m

Metallogeny
The geology of the El Arrayan tenement is dominated by
Cretaceous volcanic centres, composed of mafic-intermediate
volcanic flows, intruded by an intrusive complex of kilometric
dimensions which allows defining it as a batholith, monzodiorite
composition, and equigranular texture. This intrusive complex
seems to grade to edges of porphyrytic textures and to emplace in
andesitic composition volcanic country rocks with fine porphyries
textures.
The area has been the subject of very little exploration to date.
However, it presents varied mineral systems such as mesothermal
and epithermal veins systems of Au, Cu; Disseminated

mineralization, copper oxides (stratabound?), Mineralized
hydrothermal breccias; And porphyry copper with high content of
gold and molybdenum, much of this PCu deposit is on third party
land.

The following main alteration-mineralization
events in El Arrayán District are recognized:
Albite-chlorite association: It is
characterized by the pale-hard rocks with
pink tones and the development of intense
chloritization in form of brecciation where
N6,668,000 fragments are bleached probably due to
some albitization process. These zones are
developing through
Chlorite-sericite-pyrite association: It is
the more extended event in the district and to
which the main molybdenum anomalies are
N6,666,000 associated. Supergene effects have over
imposed clay-jarosite-goethita zone
formations.
Specularite-sericite-pyrite association:
Concurs like parallel vein systems mainly in
the margins of the batholith. The greater
values of gold are associated to this type of
N6,664,000 associations. Main examples of this
development are Ines Vein and Farellón Vein
that grading in to calcite veins toward its
terminal end (Figure 4).

EL ARRAYAN PROJECT 24
El Arrayan Project - Chile
Dissemination of oxidized copper - Porphyry Cu-Au-Mo
Conclusion
There is sufficient evidence on surface and underground mining work that the
Cu-Au (Mo) mineralization on the South side of the El Arrayán Project area,
known as Target Reserve, is arranged in a disseminated manner and in a
veinlet system, in a diorite porphyry, And / or hydrothermal breccia, with high
magnetite content. According to the upwelling, it is possible to estimate a
potential higher than 150 million tons with an average grade of 0.5% Cu + 0.25
g / t Au.

Minera Carmen de
Andacollo, of Teck reported in
2010 more than 600 million
tons of ore mainly hypogeno:
Considering the historical mineral already treated or benefited, with the oxides and zone of enrichment, the
resources should tend to approximately 1 billon of tons, and with greater Cu grade, because that mineral
was of the zone of enrichment of oxides, mixed, and secondary enrichment.
