PROCEEDINGS:

The HPTA Meeting was called by the class adviser, Mrs. Mary Lyn O. Monilla to discuss the various agenda. The
meeting was held at JICA Building Room 2 and started at 8:45 am when number of attendees reached the quorum. It
started with a short prayer led by Ma’am Mary Lyn.
The first agendum discussed by the adviser was the new Learning Modality Scheme. She emphasized that Face-
to-face classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning only and during Thursday and Friday is
their schedule for Modular.
The second agendum was the SPTA Membership Fee, SSG Fee and School Publication Fee. She explained that
only taxable learners are obliged to pay the SPTA Membership Fee (Php 150) while all students are required to pay the
SSG Fee (Php 50) and School Publication Fee (Php 90).
The third agendum was the student’s status update. The adviser shared the behaviors of the learners, the
improvements and the things that need more attention. The adviser emphasized that there should be a collaboration
between teachers and parents for the betterment of all the learners. Next thing that happened was the release of the
cards.
For other important matters, the adviser shared about the upcoming Launching of PGCHS Mantra on May 26,
2023. In align to this, students are encouraged to avail t-shirt with PGCHS logo amounting to Php. 150.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 am.
