2. Per reference, be informed that PBGEN RUDOLPH B DIMAS, Regional

Director, Police Regional Office 5 will visit this Brigade on 191000 August 2022 with the following
sequence of activities:

3. Tasks:

a. HHSC:

1) UPR for venue preparation;

2) Maximize the utilization of personnel in all committees;
3) Ensure that all personnel are observing minimum health protocols;
4) Assist in supervising the food preparation; and
5) Perform other tasks as directed.

b. S1:

1) Prepare leis with bearer;

2) Prepare the guest book;
3) Prepare memento for RD, PRO5; and
4) Perform other tasks as directed.

c. S2:

1) Provide covert security during the activity; and

2) Perform other tasks as directed.

d. S3:

1) Prepare and present the Unit Briefing;

2) Provide overt security during the activity;
3) Facilitate the conduct of Foyer Arrival Honors; and
4) Perform other tasks as directed.

e. S4:

1) Provide logistical requirements as necessary; and

2) Perform other tasks as directed.

f. S6:

1) Provide technical support and assistance during the activity; and

2) Perform other tasks as directed.

g. S7:

1) Provide photo coverage during the activity;

2) Prepare design for WELCOME tarpaulin and backdrop for Tanglaw-
Diwa hall (TV Monitor only);
3) Act as emcee during Snacks and Unit Briefing; and
4) Perform other tasks as directed.

h. 93rd Forward Support Medical Platoon (-):

1) Establish TRIAGE areas near the main engagement area;

2) Ensure that the minimum health standards are strictly observed by all
attendees; and
3) Perform other tasks as directed.

4. Coordinating Instructions:

a. Attire for the duration of activity is BDU PHILARPAT.

b. Protocol and proper decorum must be properly observed.
c. Lateral coordination among staffs is highly encouraged.
d. All coordination and preparations must be completed NLT 181700
August 2022.
e. Effectivity of this directive is upon publication.
