STAGEWISE PROJECT TIMELINE:

STAGE A: PRE-DESIGN

• Detailed discussion with clients to understand the requirements.

• Inspection of site
• Preparation of survey drawings

STAGE B: DESIGN

• Furniture layout
• Mood boards
• Material Schedule
• 3 views (Up to 2 revisions)
• Finalization of complete design scheme
• Preparing preliminary estimation

STAGE C: PRE-EXECUTION

• As per final 3d view, execution drawings to be prepared.

• Detailed BOQ with all material, sizes and quantities.
• Finalizing of vendors and contractors.
• Final quotation.
• Procuring of all the required permission and sanctions by the client.

STAGE D: EXECUTION

• Site preparation and demolition

• Concealed plumbing and electrical works
• Civil Works (flooring, walls, kitchen platforms etc,)
• Concealed HVAC works
• POP works
• Carpentry
• Painting and polishing
• Fabrication works
• Final Installation works
• Finishing stage and site cleaning
• Customization works

STAGE E: HANDOVER & POST EXECUTION

• Final handover
• Preparation of punch list
• Follow up with vendors and contractors (if required)
• Handover of all the as-built drawings to the clients.
