PROCEEDINGS:
 The Recall of Previous meeting was facilitated by the PTA Secretary.
 The stakeholders are informed about the SEF Funds and project.
 Reminders of PTA obligations and pupils without Birth certificate was done.
 PTA Treasurer’s Financial Matters was reported by the PTA Treasurer.
 The parents are informed about the incoming graduation of the Grade VI pupils
 SIP/LCP/AIP Matters was discussed by the principal.
 OTHER MATTERS : Report on summary of feedbacks from the
parents/stakeholders and the appreciation of parents’ support for the programs,
projects and activities
of the school was given by the school head.
