Chennai or any other office globally based on requirements
Eligibility Selection Process
 AM: 1- 2 years of relevant analytics/domain* experience  Pre placement talk
 2-3 Interview rounds to assess logic,
*Domain- Credit Risk, Actuarial, Healthcare, Pharma, Banking business aptitude and cultural fit
Financial Service, Capital Markets, Digital Products,
Transportation & Logistics, Sports, New Age Technologies,
Retail & Media.
Joining Date - As per business requirements (April - July 2022 tentative)

Basic Functions
 Analyzing diverse business problems and providing high quality analysis and business insights
 Delivering innovative solutions that create significant impact on client’s business

Essential Functions
 Work in a live client engagement environment on short term high intensity projects
 Support Senior Leadership in strategy development
 Plan and direct a team of 0-3 members for client project delivery
 Effective operations and client delivery management by learning, applying data science, statistical and
business intelligence tools, as required, e.g. SQL, Python, C-Sharp, C#, Tableau, Power BI and others,
to generate insights for decision making in various functional areas like marketing, pricing, risk, fraud,
etc.
 Work on one or more data science problem statements which requires AI, ML, advanced analytics,
automation, data engineering, analytics insights and business intelligence
 End to end project management and coordination of all sub team efforts
 Solving complex business problems
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Play a crucial role in supporting firm development activities like Training, Staffing, Recruitment and
Business Development Support etc.
 Open to travel for both short and long term to international client locations

Primary Interactions
 Internal:
o Engages with Engagement Manager and above, depending on the project construct and
requirement
o All Analytics and any other EXL function, on need basis
 External (Depending on Client Project assigned)
o Client Teams (including interaction with senior client leadership) – especially Client Data
Science, Business & Technology Teams.
o Third Party Vendors –Product & Services Vendors/Partners

Desired Candidate profile


 Strong academic performance
 Must possess superior analytical and quantitative skills
 Ability to structure constructs directed to solving business problems
 Desire to leverage technical competence to solve business problems in an
Technical Skills information rich environment
 Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
 Online Certification on popular analytics tools, is a good to have skill
 Preferred proficiency in statistics, data science algorithms and tools and
automation
 Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data
analysis and validation
 Capable of delivering accurate output and over time with minimal supervision
Soft skills
 Exhibit an outstanding ability to communicate
 Have the willingness to take initiative required of Decision Analytics member

Salary
Total Annualized Cost to Company - INR ~16 LPA
Fixed CTC – INR 13.50L
Performance Bonus- Up to 18%* of Fixed

All Increments and bonuses are payable as per company guidelines and are subject
to change as per individual performance, company’s performance and management’s
sole decision in this regard
 Relocation support during joining process
 Onsite travel opportunities/transfer to payrolls of our UK/US/AU/SA offices as
per project requirements

 Performance bonus is pro-rated for the first year depending on individual’s
joining date and the company’s bonus disbursement cycle
