Greetings of the day!

Thank you for your consent for sending your ward for the OVERNIGHT Summer Camp. Further, please make note
of the following points:

• Students will be picked up by the buses at the normal timings on July 12, 2023 and dropped in school.
• Students can carry their lunch and snacks for the day (12-07-23 only), from home.
• Rest of the meals will be provided by the school.
• Your wards will be dropped home in the buses as per normal routine on the next day i.e., on July 13,
2023, at their respective bus stops.
• Over Night Camp charges are Rs. 1000/-.per child. Please pay by or before Wednesday, 28th June 2023.
You can deposit the amount in person at the school office or via bank transfer in the account given below:

• Students must come in their sports uniform and wearing of ID is a must.

Given below is a list of things your ward needs to carry for the Camp:

• 1 unbreakable plate, 1 mug and 1 spoon.

• Light blanket / Bedsheet / Small pillow (inflatable)
• 1 set of casual dress, 1 night wear, 1 set of undergarments, 1 pair of socks and a sweatshirt/light jacket.
• Towel – swimming trunks / swimming suits, slipper (bathroom)
• Hand towel, tooth brush, toothpaste, comb
• Details of medicines, if needed.

NB* Please note that due to the ongoing 3-Nights and 4-days summer camp, the school will remain
closed on 14th and 15th of July 2023.
