Your third hour

3 Prepare 3 career stories

Prepare 3 career stories you are proud of with the STAR

framework. Write down key points only, not a full script. 3
good stories will enable you to handle almost ALL
behavioral questions.

Check your story to see if:

Can they showcase the core values of the company
such as data-driven, user-centric, etc?
Can they demonstrate your key competency such as
problem-solving, communication, etc?
YES to both, you are READY!

4 Practice, practice, practice

Rehearse the questions to get comfortable

with telling your stories in your own voice.

Tips:
Rehearse with a partner if you can. Alternatively,
record yourself - watch/listen to improve.
Talk like a normal conversation, don't read from
notes.
Only write key points, don't write out a full script.
