Post Graduate Programme in Food and Agri-Business Management Program (PGP
FABM)
We have audited the Placement Report prepared by you for the Summer Internship
Placements (based on the offers received and accepted on campus) of the 2021-23
batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Food and Agri-Business Management
Program (PGP-FABM) of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (NM-A). The
Placement Report is the responsibility of llM-A. Our responsibility is to validate the
information provided in the report with the relevant documentation and comment on
the Placement Report’s conformance with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards
(IPRS) Revision 2.2.

Overview
The FABM students looking for summer placements were well received by the industry and
45 companies participated in the placement process. The placements witnessed a balance of
roles from all the sectors like Agro-Chemicals, Commodities, Food Supply Chain, Food
industry, Agri consulting, e-Commerce, FMCG Retail and other sectors.
The placement process witnessed regular recruiters who reaffirmed their confidence in the
program such as FMC India Pvt. Ltd., Coromandel, IFFCO Kisan, Godrej Agrovet, P&G,
Reckitt Benckiser, Nestle, Agri lOX, Udaan, Torq Commodities and Yes Bank. Many new
recruiters also showed a keen interest in the batch, which is visible by the participation of
industry giants like Pepsico, CP Foods among others. The programme also witnessed
participation from recruiters from development sector like Akshaya Patra, Raah Foundation
and Youth4Jobs.
JIMA would like to thank all its recruiters for their participation in this year’s placement
process and their cooperation with the IPRS initiative.
