Laro ng Lahi
A. Patintero
No. of Players: 6-7 members

Materials: Chalk Line
Game Mechanics:
1. Played by two teams, passers and guards.

2. Passers position themselves at a starting line.
3. Guards must be positioned on the lines. They cannot step inside the squares.
4. Guards can tag a passer inside the square if s/he is within reach.
5. Passers cannot stay inside the squares for more than 3 minutes (time can be changed). They have
to try to cross the line.
6. If a passer is caught, s/he will be eliminated.
7. Once all Passers are eliminated, the groups will exchange places.
8. Once a player crosses the lines and returns without getting caught, her/his group gets a point.
GOAL:
 Passers are supposed to cross the lines from the starting point and back.
 Guards will prevent them from crossing the lines.
 Once one passer crosses the lines and gets back without being caught, the group gets a point.
 The group with the most number of points wins.
B. Agawang Panyo
No. of Players: 5 members

Materials: handkerchief
Game Mechanics:
1. The players divide into two teams of equal number.

2. When a stick is not available, you can use your hand, extends your hand forward and holds the
handkerchief.
3. Each team forms a line according to their assigned number and takes its place immediately behind
one of the two parallel lines, facing the opponents.
4. At a given signal the referee will announce a number then the player from each team, run towards
the handkerchief.
5. If the snatcher successfully returns to his line with the handkerchief, he scores a point for his team
GOAL:
 To snatch (agaw) the handkerchief and run back to the team base(line) without being tagged
by an opponent.

C. Tug of War
No. of Players: all members

Materials: Rope
Game Mechanics:
1. Each team must have equal number of players.

2. The group must be a combination of male and female.
3. The distance between team is three meters.
4. Both ends of the rope should be tied on the waist of the last player while the others hold on to
the rope.
5. A piece of ribbon or handkerchief is tied to the rope on the centerline.
6. Upon signal to start, each team pulls each other.
7. The team that pulls the other over the borderline is declared as the winner.
8. The winner of the match must win two out the three pulls to win the match.
GOAL:
 The objective of the game is for each team to pull the rope along with the members of
opposition team to their side. As soon as the second mark on the rope from the center red
mark crosses over to center line, the team to pull the rope to their area wins the game.
D. Relay ( 3 Stations)
No. of Players: 5 members in each group

Materials: 4 sacks, 20 empty bottles, 20 pcs. straw, 20 pcs. ping pong ball, 20 pcs. plastic cups
1st Station Sack race
Game Mechanics:
1. Each member per group shall wear a sack leveling around their waist.
2. Each member per group must hop, walk, or run together to their designated area.
3. Everyone must successfully travel to their designated area.
2nd Station Planting Rice Relay
Game Mechanics:
1. One member per group shall put one straw on each bottle, arrange in a vertical manner.
2. After planting all straw on the bottles, they will again harvest or collect all the straw in the
bottles.
3. After doing the act of planting ang harvesting he/she must past or relay the straw to the next
groupmate.
3rd Station Shoot the Ping pong ball on the cup
Game Mechanics:
1. Each member per group shall shoot one (1) ping pong ball in each cup.
2. After shooting one ping pong ball player must go back to their starting line.
