School-Wide Instructional Technology Coaching Evaluation Plan

Plan Description: The evaluation instruments included below have been created to align with Guskey’s levels of professional learning evaluation. The goal of
incorporating the exit ticket reflection and participant survey is to enable the trainer(s) to assess the level of success of the training in order to plan for evaluation
of the higher levels of Guskey’s hierarchy. The exit tickets and participant surveys would be given to training participants at the beginning of sessions, with the
expectation of collection at the conclusion of the sessions. The exit ticket helps to assess participants' disposition toward the training, whereas the survey collects
anecdotal information from the participants that could help with making adjustments to the content, pacing, and levels of support offered in the training. In
addition, the training feedback will allow the technology coach to plan for organization implementation support, adjust walkthrough checklists, make
improvements and/or adjustments to future training, and identify potential candidates for coaching.
