RENEWAL OF LEASE

Dear Madam:

In accordance with our Contract of Lease dated 18 January 202 for the lease of Unit 1706 in
Avida Towers Intima Condominium and in accordance with Stipulation no. 1 (Term of Lease) of
the said Contract, I hereby present this Notice of Renewal, subject to your confirmation and
acceptance, for the lease of the subject unit for another one (1) year beginning 23 January 2022
to 22 January 2023 subject to the following amendments in the original Contract of Lease:

 An increase in rental payments of P14,000 / month;

 Water dues shall be solely for the account of the LESSEE.

I hereby acknowledge the receipt of 12 post-dated checks for the payment of the subject lease
representing the monthly payments for the renewed lease term.
