    This is to request from your good office to allow Mr. Neil Lacambra’s last pay to be process. His
    clearance is on hold because his certificate of separation to SSS has no received yet from the SSS branch
    here in Batangas City. As of now, the corporate department of SSS Batangas City is closed. We will be
    trying to submit the certificate in other branches e.g Sta Rosa. However, we are requesting to kindly
    have the computation of his last pay for us to prepare Cheque Voucher. As per record, he does not have
    any loans from SSS since this is his first job. He was hired January 04, 2021. As per SSS ruling, there must
    be a 36 months contribution before an employee can loan from SSS. I also signed the SSS portion on his
    clearance knowing that he does not have any existing loan from SSS. We are just requesting for his last
    pay to be processed.
