ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

It has been rightly said " whenever people are willing but unable to perform
particular task" they need cooperation of experienced people which is quite imperative
in achieving the desired goals.

I take this opportunity to express my great gratitude to those who helped me to

learn welding like Sir. Jay Vargas, Sir. David Bonayon, and the EQTA led bay Sir.
Salvador Talangan because, they always motivated me to learn something unusual.
I am very grateful to EQTA for guiding me throughout the decision and planning.
Because of the lack, l am really lacking in welding skills it is because of Sir. Salvador
Talangan and his other collegenes at EQTA I learned a lot and understand the strand
that I took.

I am also very grateful to the Naga, National, High, School that approved SMAW,
it is not because of them that l am not where I am today , an experienced welding
person, and to Sir. Jay Vargas, our SMAW Teacher, who tirelessly give tips on welding.
