CREATION OF OUR JIMDO ACCOUNT/ WEBSITE

1st step: We opened an editorial program (jimdo website) to create our desired website.

3rd step: We answered all stated necessary questions in making the website;

4th step:We chose the style of our website.

5th step: We chose our theme color.

6th step: We chose our domain.

7th step: We chose to start free in making our website.

8th step: We inserted our saved images (our logo) in the websites image library.

9th step: We input the name/title of our business and added a main description.

10th step: We designed the remaining part of the page; put background color and images, placed our logo,
added some descriptions, changed its fonts and etc. We generally made it loked attractive.

11th step: We changed all given images in the websites into our product images ( ice cream images varies
from their flavors).
12th step: We input descriptions about product information, product details, size and dimensions of our
product and special instructions in the designated buttons/links.

13th step: We review all informations and images attached, and publish the website after.

14th and last step: We copied the website’s link to keep, and passs.
QUESTIONS

1.) WYSIWYG Editors have the advantages of being useful tools that can help create websites easily, edit
documents, presentations and other digital works, as it does not require broad knowledge in programming,
and somewhat professional skills to design a certain document. It enables writing content, formatting and
customization tools, and somewhat unfamiliar, various effects that are mostly/only available in these
programs. Moreover, WYSIWYG programs allows users to preview/view their documents result while
being created.

On the other hand, WYSIWYG programs also possessed disadvantages. It is known to be highly overrated;
some editorial programs have complicated usage, some are hard to find since they are not web application,
slower downloads, and have weak optimization.

2.) WordPress blog is the web application program that is quite hard to understand it's usage/instructions;
resulting to difficulty in setting up a site, especially for non-coders. It is one of those editorial programs that
most professional uses to create their digital works, as it at least requires coding proficiency, mid
professional skills, and knowledge. In addition, it has thousands of templates that allows users to create
massive customization. On the other hand, Jimdo website is an editorial program built with simplicity,
provides easy direction that can be of help to even non-techies individuals. It only have a collection of
templates, but provides easier accessibility.
