APPOINTING THE VICE PRESIDENT FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS AS OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE DAYS;
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 008-2023 THEREFOR

WHEREAS, The President of the Supreme Student Council is the chief executive of the Junior
High School with authority and power to exercise supervision and control over the Council, its
subsidiaries and other instrumentalities thereof;

WHEREAS, The President appointed the Vice President for External Affairs to act on his behalf
and exercise powers appurtenant and incident to the President’s position; however, in the
manner that the Vice President for Internal Affairs returns, she shall be Officer-In-Charge;

WHEREAS, the President of the Supreme Student Council is still away in the City of Naga and
is on leave for a period of three weeks;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN SEBASTIAN A. FLORES, President of the Supreme Student

Council, by the authority and power vested in me by the Constitution and laws, do hereby
appoint PRECIOUS ALANA RELATO GARCIA, Vice President for Internal Affairs to be as
Officer-In-Charge President of the Supreme Student Council effective on July 10, 2023, at 10
o’clock in the morning, and shall extend to July 22, 2023, respectively.

Hereby authorizing the Vice President for Internal Affairs to decide on matters in relation to the
operations of the Supreme Student Council, and shall be deemed acts of the President, unless
disapproved or reprobated by the President.

In the absence of the Vice President for Internal Affairs, the Vice President for External Affairs
shall act as President, or in his inability, the Speaker of the Consulate shall act as President.

The Vice President for Internal Affairs may appoint and assign any officer of the law to assist on
its daily responsibilities and duties thereof.

And henceforth Order that the provisions in Executive Order No. 14 that provides powers to the
Vice President for External Affairs shall be transferred to the Vice President for Internal Affairs,
respectively.

DONE in the City of Bacoor, this 8 th day of July, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and
Twenty-Three.
