Relationships at the Bank from 10-05-2021 to 24-05-2021 - Action Points

In compliance to RBI directives for improvement in nomination registration


Operations and Services Department, Head Office is going to organizing
Fortnightly Campaign for Nomination Registration in Various Account
Relationships at the Bank. We have issued action points to Zonal Offices for
sensitizing branches for registration of nomination under camp mode. We
would like to suggest following action points: -
• Report on Nomination to be made available so that branches/zones are
able to know accounts in which no nomination is available under MIS-OSD,
the daily progress can also be monitored by Zones/OSD, Head Office.
• SMS to be sent to accounts in which nomination facility has not been
availed on alternate days. Sample SMS 'Veor Customer we note that
there is no nomination in you're o/c xxx]234. Please nominate through A4-
Banking/E-Banking or by visiting the branch."
• POP Up in Finacle System where no nomination is available so that the
customer is informed instantly to avail nomination facility.
• Flash Message in our website/ uco online/ Finacle regarding Fortnightly
Campaign for Nomination Registration in Various Account Relationships at
the Bank from 10-05-2021 to 24-05-2021.
• Availability of registration of Nomination in existing accounts through E-
Banking.
Above action point if implemented by DIT will definitely help us in improving
level of Nomination Registration in various account relationships. You are
requested to implement above suggestions and advice us the same so as to
make the fortnightly campaign from 10-05-2021 to 24-05-2021 a grand
success.
