2.2 Counter
The values of the counter show the total occurrence of the specific event. These
values are provided in the Item Path counter.
OPC XML Name Description
Item
COUNT02 Stops - external Number of times turbine is stopped due to external
command.(FM613 external cut out; FM615 stop signal from
Wind Farm Management; FM618 stop due to communication
loss to Wind Farm Management)
COUNT03 Starts - completed Number of times the generator connects to the grid
COUNT04 Stops - manual Number of stops due to operator commands
COUNT05 Stops - Number of times turbine is stopped due to wind speed too high
environmental or ambient temperature too low or too high. (FM860 outdoor
temperature high stop; FM861 outdoor temperature low stop;
FM1000 storm disconnection; FM1001 storm disconnection
peak)
COUNT06 Stops - machine Number of times turbine is stopped due to a fault with the turbine
fault
COUNT07 Stops - grid fault Number of times turbine is stopped due to a grid fault. (FM332
grid error; FM340 phase shift error)
COUNT11 Operations - yaw Number of yaw operations. It is measured by activating the yaw
engines excluding unwind operations
COUNT12 Operations - brake Number of brake operations (brake routines: normal, soft, fast,
(total stops) emergency). It is measured by activating one of the brake
routines.
If the turbine starts with brake routine “soft” and changes to “fast”
this will be counted as 1 brake operation.
COUNT13 Operations - Number of unwind operations
unwind

Energy
COUNT17 Imported active Imported active energy in power reduced operation mode
Energy (red. mode)
COUNT18 Imported reactive Imported reactive energy in normal operation mode
Energy
COUNT19 Imported reactive Imported reactive energy in power reduced operation mode
Energy (red. mode)
COUNT20 Exported active Exported active energy in normal operation mode
Energy
COUNT21 Exported active Exported active energy in power reduced operation mode
Energy (red. mode)
COUNT22 Exported reactive Exported reactive energy in normal operation mode

2.3 Timer
The following listing shows the provided timer. These values are provided in the
Item Path timer.
OPC XML Name Description
Item
TIMER01 PLC run time Run time of turbine cotroller (PLC); Denominator of
availability calculation
TIMER02 Operation time G1 / Turbine producing energy in normal operation mode
Production time
TIMER03 Operation time G2 / Turbine producing energy in power reduced operation
Power reducted time mode
TIMER04 Outage time - Turbine is not free to generate due to
Service/Maintenance service/maintenance activities. (FM6 manual stop; FM4
service)
TIMER05 System OK time Turbine is or could produce energy or environmental
(Availability time) conditions does not allow operation (windspeed less than
operation limits etc.) Numerator of availability calculation.
TIMER06 Time within operating Wind speed within the limits.
wind speed limits
TIMER07 Operation time - turbine Turbine is connected to the grid.
TIMER08 Outage time - grid failure Turbine is not free to generate due to grid faults.
TIMER09 Outage time - machine Turbine is not free to generate due to faults with the
fault turbine. It is measured by the System OK status (FM0)
TIMER10 Outage time - Turbine is not free to generate due to environmental
environmental conditions.(FM860 outdoor temperature high stop; FM861
outdoor temperature low stop; FM1000 storm
disconnection; FM1001 storm disconnection peak)
TIMER12 Outage time - external Turbine is stopped due to external command. (FM613
stop external cut out; FM615 stop signal from Wind Farm
Management; FM618 stop due to communication loss to
Wind Farm Management)
TIMER13 Operating time – yaw This timer is defined as the time the yaw motor are
running.
TIMER14 Released to operation Turbine is free to generate. It is measured by brake
time feedback (brake released).
TIMER15 Not released to operation Turbine is not free to generate. It is measured by brake
time feedback (brake applied).
TIMER21 Force majeure time Time during TIMER22 where wind speed was to low or
high or grid error was detected or ambient temperatures
are outside the limits
TIMER22 Avail. Stop Turbine stopped due to an error (machine fault).
TIMER23 Avail. Wait This timer is defined as the waiting time for reducing the
availability.

2.4 Status
Status presents digital events. As long as most status is internal signals and show
short term events they will not provided. Basic information is possible.
These values are provided in the Item Path status.
2.5 Alarms
All alarms will be provided. The list depends on version of control software and will
be provided with these documents. The values are provided in the Item Path alarm.
The Item Names and the error codes are identically.
For software version 24 the following document number is required:
