JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

We, GLACY MAE OROSCO and RAINIER OROSCO, both Filipinos, of legal ages,
and residents of No. 01 Brgy. Tipacan, Lipa City, Batangas, after having sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the only children of the late Rodolfo Orosco who died on February 25, 2021 at Las
Pinas City;

2. Our mother Elena C. Orosco is also deceased having died on September 9, 2017 at Las
Pinas City;

3. Hence, we are the only surviving heirs of Rodolfo Orosco; and,

4. We execute this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents and purposes it may serve.
