years, and due to some disputes arose between us, all of sudden
my husband left my company behind the children without
informing to me or my children.

I submit that my husband is working in your organization

as Grade-I Mechanic at Jeedimetla Unit, Narsapur Road,
Balanagar of T.S. Agros Rangareddy District and he is joined in
your organization in the year 1985 and he is going to be retired
in this month i.e. on 31.12.2016.

I further submit that keeping in mind of our children I filed

a petition U/sec.125 of Cr.P.C. against my husband seeking
maintenance, but my husband misguiding the Hon’ble court and
your organization that he is not having any source of income, as
he attached salary certificate of your organization as he is
getting net salary of Rs.2000/- per month.
 I submit that my husband is escaping from his matrimonial
obligations by creating your organization salary certificate, due
to which myself and my children are suffered a lot and recently I
came to know my husband married to another women by name
Rajeshwari and he is neglecting me and my children welfare and
enjoying his lavish life by taking handsome salary from your
organization and no moreover my husband not informed about
the second marriage to your organization nor us.

I request your sir kindly look into the matter and

thoroughly enquire about the illegal acts of my husband and
stop the Gratuity and pension amount and requesting you sir to
check the nominee on behalf of my husband name other than
me, so kindly change the nominee in my name instead of other
name.

I request your kind authority to take departmental action

against my husband Mr. M.Shyam Rao @ A. Shyam Rao and
stop all the retirement benefits (gratuity and pension amount)
and the change of nominee if other than me, for which act of
kindness I shall be ever grateful to you sir.
