Greetings from OLIVEMOUNT GLOBAL SCHOOL !

Let me begin with congratulating the students, parents and teachers of OLIVEMOUNT GLOBAL SCHOOL, for stepping
into the Sixth Year of the school. Since its inception, the school’s greatest accomplishment is to see its students ride the
road of much deserved holistic success. We ensure that students develop the ability to exercise profound wisdom in their
actions, maintain clarity of thought, and feel a deep-seated urge to change the world with the school’s Five C’s Approach -
COMMUNICATION, CONFIDENCE, CREATIVITY, COMPETENCY and CHARACTER.

We are delighted to share with you that the school is commencing with CBSE Senior Secondary - Grade XI and
CAMBRIDGE ASSESSMENT INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION (CAIE) upto Grade V for the Academic Session
2023-24.

The school has taken an array of steps to ensure the health and fitness of pupils. The school has developed Synthetic
Basketball Court, Tennikoit Court, three pitches for Cricket Net practice, Volleyball Court, a Multipurpose ground to
facilitate Football, and Handball. A multifunctional ground welcomes all for Lawn Tennis, Skating and Basketball which
is also well equipped with landscape for edutainment beyond formal curricula through fun games.

The school has come up with world-class infrastructure to promote Table Tennis game among students.The school has
successfully hosted CBSE Cluster VII Table Tennis Tournament (Date -9th December to 12th December 2022) for
Boys and Girls (Under 14, 17 and 19) Category, which witnessed altogether 650 matches as team and individual events.

As we march ahead towards the New Academic Session 2023-24, let us continue to work hand in hand to give the best
schooling experience for our students. For the same, please make a note of the following :

1. The Parents who are planning not to continue further study of their ward with us for the Academic Session 2023
-24, due to transfer or any other reason, are expected to apply for Transfer Certificate (TC), in writing latest by 31st
December 2022 (Saturday), so that the school may ascertain the new vacant seats and admissions. Any request for TC
made after 31st December 2022 (Saturday), will invite the payment of Term-1 Tution Fees of the Academic Session
2023-24. Transfer Certificate Application Form is available at the School's Front Office. Transfer certificates will not be
issued unless all the arrears applicable till the last day in school and due to the school are paid in full.
2. The parents are expected to follow the given schedule (Fee to be paid on / before) for the payment of Term wise
Tuition Fee and School Transportation Fee for the Academic Session 2023 - 24 :

3. The parents who wish to pay the entire Tuition Fee for the Academic Session 2023-24 at a time and avail the
special offer of 5% concession, need to pay it on or before the commencement of the Academic Session 2023-24 that is
20th March 2023 (Monday). Please avoid approaching the school with any request to postpone the payment date of the
Tuition Fee. A late fee of Rs 500/- will be added per month after the due date of each term.
4. The School Management Committee (SMC), has approved the proposal to supply free textbooks and notebooks
for Academic Session 2023-24. However, the stationary items need to be procured by the parents only.
5. The school will remain closed for the Summer Vacation from 1st May 2023 (Monday) to 4th June 2023
(Sunday) tentatively.

We will continue to provide updates via email or circular when the situation changes and as new decisions are made. We
