We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Electrical Supervisor to join our mining client. This role will be based
on an 8/6 roster, providing ample time for work-life balance.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing

various contractors and onsite resources involved in the delivery of
assigned works. This includes commissioning of plant and equipment,
as well as coordination and delivery of capital works in planned
concentrator and port shutdowns.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate contractors and onsite resources to ensure
the successful delivery of assigned works.
Provide expert advice and support on day-to-day construction
issues, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and cost-
effectiveness.
Supervise the delivery of Capital Works projects as required.

Assist in compiling construction documentation for upcoming work

packages.
Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks related to schedule, budget,
quality, resourcing, procurement, constructability, and health and
safety for all construction activities.
Coordinate equipment and material deliveries, ensuring proper
documentation and implementation of transport requirements.
Manage the issue of equipment and materials to contractors.
Oversee the maintenance and safe utilization of tools, equipment,
supplies, and inventories.

Requirements:
Relevant electrical trade qualifications and extensive experience in
a supervisory role within the mining industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple contractors
and resources.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and a
commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
