Level 1 support for handling incidents from Service Desk, assist in troubleshooting and
notification of issues. Escalate incidents if needed.
Handle any alerts/errors. Notify Operations and Service Desk of outages.
Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
Make changes to switch interfaces for servers and devices.
Routing changes and routing requests.
Communicate & work with the managed service contractor
L1 support including cabling, tagging, arranging cables, racking, and setting up network
devices.
Maintaining documentation of equipment, inventory, branches details and as-is designs.
