ROLE: Sports Event Manger

AUDIENCE: Athletes, their families, and sports enthusiasts

SITUATION: You have been given the task of managing a local sports event that will take place in a stadium. The event will include multiple sports competitions, such as basketball games,
volleyball, badminton and table tennis. You have a team of staff members and volunteers to assist you.

PERFORMANCE/PRODUCT: Your task is to create a detailed plan for the event, including a timeline, and budget. You must also coordinate with sponsors and ensure that all necessary
equipment and facilities are available. On the day of the event, you must oversee the staff and volunteers, ensure that the schedule is being followed, and handle any issues that arise.
