    C E RT I F I C A T I O N

    The New Lucena, Iloilo Liga Chapter has less than twenty-five (25) members. In this
    regard, I hereby certify that certain provisions of Article I Section 2 of the Election Code (as
    amended) of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas are impractical and cannot be enforced
    this coming Municipal Liga Chapter Elections, December 7, 2010.

    In view thereof, the provisions of Article II Section I of the above-mentioned Code


    will be implemented and enforced to apply and govern the election meeting.
