Shipping Fee : Php 12,000.00

Delivery Service Inclusions:

1. Standard 1 Driver and 1 Helper.
2. Helper to support Loading and Unloading of goods
3. Waiting time before Loading and Unloading is 30 minutes from agreed Pickup Schedule
4. Obligation/responsibility of ECARGA over the goods shall stop at the exact moment that
the item is unloaded at the Drop off location.

Other Provisions
1. Toll Fees are included on the fee. Parking Fees and other incidental fees shall be for the
account of the shipper.
2. No Cargo Insurance involved.
3. Foul Trip Fee: 100% of the Shipping Fee. Delivery is considered as Foul Trip when the
Shipper did not cancel the Delivery one day prior to the Delivery Schedule and the
Driver, along with its Vehicle, went to the agreed Pickup Location
4. Truck Waiting Time/Demurrage: Shipper shall pay additional Fee equivalent to 50% of
Shipping Fee, if the waiting time for loading the cargo exceeded by 1 hour, and such delay
is caused by the Shipper. Delay due to events, such as, but not limited to, not starting the
loading operations on time, shall be subject to Demurrage.
5. Overloading: Damages and/or penalties attributed to apprehension of truck due to
overloading shall be chargeable to the shipper.
6. Any special handling activity will be quoted as needed (example lashing/unlashing, lift-
off/lift-on, rental of transport equipment, rental of material handling equipment, others).
7. Shipper hereby agrees to all the Terms and Conditions and Provisions set forth.
