SANDIGAN BAYAN FIRST DIVISION

In line with memorandum dated May 30, 2017 re: data/information required in support of
subpoena “Duces Tecum and Ad Testificandum” issued by Sandigan Bayan First Division,
which was received by this office on 06 June 2017, hereunder are the pertinent data to the
following matters:

1. Open dumpsites which have been converted to controlled dumps and/or closed from
2002-2005.
-None

2. Local Government Units (LGUs) currently operating or utilizing open dumpsites from
2005-2017.
- The only Local Government Unit operating an open dumpsite in the region is the
Municipality of Mankayan, Benguet Province.

3. Copies of Solid Waste Management (SWM) Action Plans of LGUs from 2005 to
2017.
- There are no LGUs in the Cordillera Administrative Region issued and served
subpuena duces tecum and ad testificandum.

4. List of LGUs that have implemented their Solid Waste Management (EWM) Action
Plans from 2005 to 2017.
- There are no LGUs in the Cordillera Administrative Region issued and served
subpuena duces tecum and ad testificandum.

Nevertheless, hereunder the status of open dumpsite based on the CY-2011 Annual
Report up to the present. Other LGUs in the Cordillera Administrative Region has no waste
collection.
