Type ZH/ZHR/ZHH/ZL slurry pumps are double shell cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump.
Transport materials

Structure type
It adopts the single pump shell structure connected by clamp belt, which is a single-stage single suction cantilever
horizontal centrifugal pump.
Transport materials
This type of pump has a large overflow channel and is suitable for conveying gravel, mud and slag slurry with large
solid particles.
Applications
It is mainly used for the transportation of large particle
slurry commonly used in river sand dredgers and river
dredging dredgers. Also beneficiations, coal washing,

ZV(R) Submerged Slurry Pump
Product Features
Structure type
It is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump.
Transport materials
It’s suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slag slurry.
Applications
It is widely used in metallurgical, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, chemical and
other industrial departments. The submerged slurry pump is divided into
ZV type and ZVR type, with the same structure. ZV type submerged slurry pump, the flow passage parts
and shaft are made of wear-resistant metal, which is suitable for conveying abrasive slurry.
ZVR type rubber lined submerged slurry pump, the flow passage parts are lined with corrosion-resistant
rubber, which is suitable for conveying acidic or corrosive slurry.
The letter L contained in the model is the extended shaft series submerged slurry pump, which can be
applied to the working condition under deep water

Horizontal double pump casing structure is adopted.
Applications Transport materials
It is mainly used in metallurgy, mines, coal, chemical plants and flotation plants to
treat some corrosive slag slurry with large foam content. The pump can effectively
eliminate the foam in the slurry and is an ideal product for conveying foam slurry.
Product design
With the unique semi open foam guide impeller design, the
foam can be effectively introduced into the slurry pump,so
the viscous slurry can be treated more efficiently. The
enlarged high-efficiency front sheath can maximize the
inlet size and reduce the necessary NPSH.

The ‘ZF’ range is available in sizes ranging from 50mm up to 200mm discharge diameter.
Applications:

This series of pumps can effectively eliminate foam in the slurry during operation. It can still work normally in the case of

ZF/QV Foam Slurry Pump
Structural Features
1. This type of pump is used in SP, SPR, PNL type bearing assemblies.
The bearing body is equipped with a motor seat or a motor frame,
which can be directly driven or indirectly driven, and the pulley can be
easily replaced to change the speed of the pump to meet the Working conditions change.
2. The material box is made of steel structure or stainless steel, steel lined with rubber, etc.
It is equipped with a tangential feeding port and an overflow box. The overflow
box can easily send the excess incoming material back to the material pool,
and the tangential inlet can make the material quickly into the pump and
eliminate some of the foam.
3. The pump head structure is a double pump shell structure. According
to the different conveying medium, the flow parts can be made of metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.

Applicable Conditions:
