I. GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

Program Title IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS
Program Description This training will be conducted for upgrading of teaching
competencies as well as strengthening teachers teaching-
learning process in the new normal through classroom
observation and enhance teachers’ skills in preparing modules
and learning materials. This will last for 5 days from January 31,-
February 5, 2022.
The training will involve teachers of Pandac Elementary School.
Prerequisite Programs Teaching Across Learning Disciplines, SLAC, Financial Literacy

Duration 5 Days January 31- Feb 5, 2022

Rationale Learning in the new normal education is a challenge for

everyone. Wherein the right to education is not only the right
to access education but also the right to receive an education of
good quality. So, to attain such good quality, teachers must
uplift their professional skills through intensive training
especially with the latest problem our school is facing on in this
new normal set up. Teachers must adapt to the latest trend of
educational system to augment the basic needs of their
clientele.
