Who are we?

We are ‘Heading Wedding’ a hospitality & Logistics Event Company. We work together with
event companies by heading RSVP, Guest Management, Travel Management and often
much more.

What are we doing here? What is the event about?

We are here to manage hospitality, logistics and core bride family’s management in wedding of
Tarini & Tanyash. The Bride and Groom side is based out of Delhi. We are working with Katalyst
and Touchwood Event companies, where Touchwood is looking after Groom side, HWE is looking
after Bride side and Katalyst is looking after all artists and overall wedding management. (Itinerary
attached)

What is your role?

Your role is that of a guest relation executive. It is one of the most important roles
pertaining to Event & is crucial to the success of the event as you will be the front point of
contact of all guests. Your effort, intelligence, quick thinking, etc will ensure a good event.
Make sure you are aware of the venues. Make sure you reach the venue on time. DO NOT
be late under any circumstances. This is a big fat Indian wedding event & everything will
run on time. No excuse for coming late will be tolerated! NO PHOTOGRAPHY or
VIDEOGRAPHY is allowed. Rest Will Explain on the Briefing Day (06 Feb 2023)

Uniforms / Grooming
• It is essential to make ourselves feel good and confident. If we feel good about
ourselves, everything goes better.
➔ Team Should be Properly Shaved ‘or well Groomed
➔ Expression and Body Language most Important What you Show to your
client.
➔ Batches/button buddies/lanyards must be worn all the time.
➔ Ties and Pocket square need to be worn by all members. (Night Shift)
➔ Shoes should be polished
➔ Always Carry 1 official outfit and black business suit with you
➔ Sizes of dresses to put on all dresses
➔ Fancy buckles and white socks not to be worn
➔ Failure to do so will invite unfavorable results
