This is with reference to discussion you had with us recently. We are pleased to offer you the position of Linux
System Administrator on the following terms:

1. Place of Employment and Timing.

1.1 Your initial place of work will be at Kolkata However, your services are transferable, and
may be assigned, after reasonable notice, to any location in India or abroad where the company
or its affiliates conducts business. The duties to be performed by you hereunder shall be performed
in such locations as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out your duties hereunder,
subject to reasonable travel requirements on behalf of the Company from time to time.

1.2 You will be expected to attend the office - except when traveling on business during the working
hours/shifts as may be decided by the Company.

1.3 In the event you are allowed to join the company, the release of your salary shall be subject to your
submission of the documents.

2. Compensation and Benefits.

1.1 Compensation: As compensation for services to be rendered pursuant to this letter, the Company
shall pay you an annual basic salary of Rs 34160 (Rupees Thirty Four Thousand One Hundred
and Sixty Only ). Other allowances / reimbursements as due to you are detailed in Annexure II.

1.2 You will be provided with a Comprehensive Medical Insurance and will also be covered under the
Group Personal Accident Insurance, while on Company business

1.3 You will be entitled to an annual performance pay, which will be payable monthly (as mentioned in
the Annexure 2)

1.4 Retirement Benefits of the Company, namely, Provident Fund and Gratuity, in accordance with
the laws of the country, and/or, as per company policy.

1.5 Your compensation shall be renewed on the basis of merit and will be at the sole discretion of the
company.

1. You are entitled to Mediclaim coverage for Rs 1 Lacs for Self (as per Medical Insurance poky) per annum. life insur ance
cover age of RS 4 Lacs and Personal accident cover of Rs 2 Lacs. Please refer to poky for further details
2. You are entitled for annual leave alter the completion of the 6 months of probation. Details are enclosed in the attached
details of other benefits and policies will be explained during the Induction program and are accessible on the company.
3. Attendance Incentive - You are eligible to earn between 0- 30000 per annum as Attendance Incentive (ref grid I).
4. PBPP - Depending upon the complexity of the process you are allocated to you can earn between Rs 0 -Rs.30.000 per
annum.

1. It your gross monthly salary inclusive of Fixed + Variable Is less than Rs 15,000 - there will be a statutory deduction of 1.75%
