5 REFLECTION QUESTIONS
1. WHAT I HAVE CONTRIBUTED IN THIS EVENT
In this project,I have contributed several thing such as by finding sponser for the
program.During the time when me and my group find sponser for the program,we
have contact several company.Aside from that,I also contributed in fundrising.During
the fundrising,all of the group members have been assign to find the solution on how
to find money to donate and buy all the donation stuff such as groceries for the
Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih.So we end up by doing fundrising.For the student that
have arrived at the campus,they have to sell moist cake for the fundrising and for the
students that far for campus,they have open their own business to sell their own
product.The profit they gain will be donated to the Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih.

2. WHAT WENT WELL IN THIS PROGRAM

Among the things that went well during the program were the process of the
fundrising.This is because we target on find profit around RM 1500 from the
fundraising and we archive more than the target that we target.Furthermore,during
the program,everthing went well such as the activities that we prepare for the Rumah
Amal Limpahan Kasih,the talk that our leader about healthy lifestyle all went well.Not
to forget during our team members delivers the groceries and donation for the
Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih also went well without any flaws.

3. WHAT WENT WRONG IN THIS PROGRAM

The things that went wrong during the program was the duration for us to conduct
the program.The reason why I say the duration is because it nearly impossible for us
to find sponsership for the program.Most of the company ask us to send the
sponsership letter 1 month before but we only have around 2 weeks before the
program date.Aside from that we also have communication problem amongs the
team members as not all of them have a good connection during the
meeting.Furthermore there also misunderstanding among the team members during
the meeting.

4. WHAT YOU WANT TO IMPROVE IF THERE IS NEXT PROGRAM

For the next program,I really want to improve the management of the program.For
example we need to prepare at least 2 month before the program because having
more time will bring the best results for the upcoming program.We also have enough
time to find sponsership,having more funds as we prepare early with fresh idea to
conduct the activity.In addition,we also produce much more quality materials for the
programs for example the the gadget we use to conduct the program.

5. WHO IS THE MOST VALUABLE TEAM MEMBER (MOST

CONTRIBUTED TEAM MEMBER) AND WHY
The most valuable member in my team is Hazirah Atikah Binti Suhaini.This is
because she’s the one who have the most work in the group.Aside from that,she’s
also prepare the scrip for our leader,make the poster for our faundrising,conduct the
activity during the program.Hazirah also give a lot of idea during the meeting.She is
very commitment for the program and help others to find solution for their problem in
oder for the program go smooth.
