FREE TRAVEL
Approval of e-boarding facility for domestic fliers to
reduce waiting time for baggage check-in and security
clearance

91.4% of all grievances redressed till date* through AirSewa


platform - 95% Airport-related issues, 94% Immigration,
93% Security and 92% Airline-related issues resolved

Implementation of DISHA1 by AAI has led to almost


25-50% reduction in queuing time2 in 10 of its airports,
added additional passenger traffic in these airports,
improving overall passenger travel experience
