This refer to your application for the position of Teaching Assistant (Chemistry) (BPS-16)
advertised by this university in Daily dawn on 21-03-2021.

2. consequent upon the recommendation of the Appointment committee, made in its meeting
held on 26-05-2021 the voice chancellor in exercise of the power vested in hum under Section
5(4) of the GC University, Faisalabad service statute 2003, has been pleased to offer you an
appointment as teaching Assistant (chemistry) in the university community college on temporary
basis (likely to become Permanent), in BPS-16 (18910-1520-64510) plus others allowance
admissible under the rule of the University, on the following terms & condition;..

1. You will be on probation for a period of two year from the date of joining. Extendable to further
two year, in case of unsatisfactory performance.
2. Your service will be liable to termination on three month notice or on payment of three months’
pay in lieu thereof on either side, without assigning any reason.
3. You will produce duly attested copies of your educational documents testimonials.
4. You will refrain from all sorts of sectarian, political and subversive activity.
