Additional terms for Loqbox Rent

1. WHAT IS LOQBOX RENT?

1.1 Loqbox Rent enables you to enhance your credit worthiness by allowing us to report your rental
payments to Credit Reference Agencies, currently Experian. The service is provided by Loqbox Technology
UK Limited, which is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office with number Z3176777.

2. HOW DOES IT WORK?

2.1 Loqbox Rent is available to those with Loqbox Membership and to Premium members. You can apply
for Loqbox RENT in the Loqbox Members' Area or via the Loqbox website.

2.2 We will report your monthly rental payments to Credit Reference Agencies (“CRAs”), currently
Experian, through their Rental Exchange, after you have made 6 consecutive monthly rent payments to the
same recipient at the same amount and date each month (if you pay rent weekly, then we can report after you
have made 26 consecutive weekly rental payments). We will then be able to report to the CRAs each month
after that.

2.3 We will require you to have an Open Banking connection with our partner Moneyhub (See Clause 3).
You will be taken to the Moneyhub website as part of the application process for Loqbox Rent, where you
will be required to consent to your bank data being shared with us for the purpose of reporting your rental
payments. You will then be taken to your own banking App or your bank’s website in order for them to
authenticate that it is you.

2.4 If the amount of your rent payment is the same as or greater than the expected amount then we are able
to report that amount for the month, however if the amount is less and you have not notified us of any
change in your tenancy agreement we will not be able to report it.

2.5 Note that in a House of Multiple Occupancy your monthly rental amount is based on your individual
share of rent and not the total rental amount.

2.6 You have a 5 day ‘grace period’ in which to make your monthly payment either side of the usual
payment date. If you make your rental payment within that 5 day period we will be able to report the
payment as being made. If we are unable to identify the expected rental payment within that 5 day period,
we will notify you that we are unable to find the rental payment and that no performance data has been
reported for that month.

2.7 You must notify us if you change your tenancy or if the date on which your rental payment is made. If
you do not, then we may not be able to recognise the payment from your Open Banking transaction data and
therefore will not be able to report that rental payment to the CRAs.

2.8 If you move house or there are other changes to the details of your tenancy you should notify us and
update the details of your Loqbox RENT. We will then be able to continue to report your rent payments if
you have already made 6 consecutive payments in line with clause 2.2.

2.9 If you do not make rent payments for 1 or 2 months, we will continue to report your rent payment history
to the CRAs. However, if you do not make rent payments for 3 consecutive months or more then rent
reporting will cease and you will need to make 6 consecutive monthly rent payments before rent reporting
can resume.
