2.0 COMMUNICATION
This chapter taught me many things about communication. and also communication is one of
the important aspects in management. communication teaches to be more brave to speak for
example when doing group work and public speaking. Communication is also important in
our daily life, whether we realize it or not, we use it every day in our daily behavior, for
example when we go to the store to buy, communication occurs between the seller and the
buyer.

This chapter is very useful for introverted people. it will teach how to communicate properly
and will make someone confident when speaking. This chapter will also improve one's
communication skills

for me this chapter is very difficult for me because I lack experience in communication and I
don't get along well with people. When I was in high school, communication skills were a
little less important because I thought communication skills were not that important in life.
only when I entered university did I realize the importance of communication skills because
at university a lot of people use communication skills to do assignments given by lectures. I
feel grateful because I was given exposure to this chapter because communication is not only
used at university but also used during work

Every Sunday, we will have MGT class on week 10 , we have to learn about communication

3.0 QUALITY
Quality management is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks that must be
accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a
quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control
and quality improvement. It is also referred to as total quality management(TQM)

In general, quality management focuses on long-term goals through the implementation of

short-term initiatives. Quality management is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks
needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. Quality management includes the
determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance,
and quality control and quality improvement. TQM requires that all stakeholders in a
business work together to improve processes, products, services and the culture of the
company itself.

At its core, TQM is a business philosophy that champions the idea that the long-term success
of a company comes from customer satisfaction and loyalty. TQM requires that all
stakeholders in a business work together to improve processes, products, services and the
culture of the company itself.

4.0 MANAGEMENT FROM ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVES
Islam is a comprehensive religion which covers every single aspect of human activity. Islam
is not a religion that only focuses on the private life of individuals, but also covers and guides
humans' interaction and activities in their daily lives. Despite the comprehensiveness of the
Islamic teachings, limited studies have been conducted to examine the practice of Islam in the
management of business processes in Muslim organizations. Therefore, this paper aims to
investigate the understanding of Muslim managers regarding Islamic management in their
organization. The study utilizes a qualitative research design by means of in-depth interviews
with the selected Muslim managers from the prominent Muslim organizations in Malaysia.
The findings of this study indicate that Muslim managers in Malaysia have great
understanding of Islamic management practices and they have implemented these practices in
their organizations. However, there is a great opportunity for improvement in the future with
regards to Islamic management practices. The implication of this study is also discussed.

As a religion, Islam brings a great impact on Muslims as human beings. It helps improve
themselves to work and perform better. As a Muslim, the teachings and practices of Prophet
Muhammad and his companions should be closely followed in the management of self,
organization and even the state. Islamic management practiced by former Muslim civilization
was so successful that the Muslims were able to conquer half of the world. However, the
process of digging the lesson and principles requires an in-depth study of history and
authenticity on the part of the person doing the work. Currently, studies done on the Islamic
management can be considered as still lacking as compared to the western management
literatures. Moreover, in contrast to Islamic economics and Islamic Banking and Finance
(IBF), discussion and publications on Management from Islamic perspective (MIP) are rare .
For the purpose of this paper, management from Islamic perspectives is referred to as Islamic
management. In spite of the limited studies conducted in the Islamic management, still a
growing number of Muslim organizations claim that they practice Islamic management in
their daily business process, especially in Malaysia.

5.0 CONCLUSION

The conclusion is that the three chapters are very important in management. if one of them is
missing then a management will be incomplete. for example, communication teaches us how
to communicate in an organization. After that, I hope I can overcome all the problems I face
during my studies because I want to be successful when I finish my studies at this university.
besides that I hope the knowledge I learned will be useful in the future, this is because the
knowledge I have now I will use when I work in any company.
